Heating problem for 3 years
I have a disability that prevents me from going upstairs. I suffered for three years while engineers and companies carried out so called repairs but the problem was never resolved. IMR Gas, Heating and Plumbing turned up and resolved this on going problem by thoroughly power flushing my central heating system, fitting a new radiator upstairs which I thought was fitted a year ago by an engineer and replacing a room thermostat. Problem now solved and at a more than fair price. My home is now warm.

The response time to a reported gas leak was two hours. My gas meter was capped off by national grid so I had no heating or hot water. IMR Gas, Heating and Plumbing traced and repaired the leak under the floor on the ground level. Apparently the fitting used should have never been installed under the floor. An excellent service especially during the cold months. I’ve recommended them to my family and friends.

Shower and enclosure upgrade
Robert and Archie form IMR Gas, Heating & Plumbing removed my 15yr old shower tray and enclosure
and fitted a new low level shower tray and a new slim line enclosure. The waste was upgraded from the shower tray to the stack outside because it was never installed correctly. I’m more than happy with the work and the price!! I will be getting this company back in when the work starts on my new loft extension.
